Remember Me - Kaisercraft

Hi everyone, it my turn this week with blogging duties at Kasiercraft blog.
The new release papers from Kaisercraft this month are so amazing.
Here is one the new collections
REMEMBER ME
These papers are so great for remembering family and fabulous
for family tributes.  With tall poppies and vintage colour theme,
I know I say it all the time
but I really love this vintage collection.
Here is my layout that I created with this collection......This photo is of
my Dad (back row to the left) with his
3 brothers......taken in Australia in 1959..
They send this photo back home to Italy
where 2 sisters & 4 other brothers and their father lived until
they were reunited later in the 60's.

I love the vintage feel of this paper collection, it's so great for
heritage pages and cards.
This Memory card is created with the clear stamps
set that come with this collection, and
I coloured in the flowers with Tim Holtz Distress ink Pens,
I then cut them out and place on top of another
stamped image with foam tape underneath.

Well .......That's all for today

Thanks for looking and take care :)

Cheers Adriana XXX :)

Totally gorgeous use of this collection...& that's so lovely to have a pic that they sent back 'home'....it was sad how families got split up, but I guess they came out to make some money, have a better life etc....I did some research at uni & did you know Italians were the highest group to own their own homes in Aussie...& more returned home in the 1960s than came out!!! And MEANWHILE...LOVE your cards!!! They are always so creative:):):)

These are all really so lovely Adrienne! love that special muted red and how you have combined the details and layers. Really really pretty! I can relate to families splitting up and moving to other countries. That's what happened with my mum's and dad's families too. I reckon your surname is Bolzone in its original form? xoxox
