New 3D decoupage sheets - Couture Creations

Hi there everyone and welcome back here today -
I had a chance to play with some new Couture Creations 3D Decoupage sheets from FINDIT they have just arrived in the warehouse and are shipping out to your local stores now !

These 3D Decoupage sheets are fabulous for adding to cards or off the page projects, scrapbooking layouts as well. Each sheet has three wonderful and different images, with at least 3 to 4 layers on each image.

They are so versatile and super easy, you can add some foiling element, some dies and papers - these 3D decoupage images are a quick and easy way to create beautiful cards for any occasion.  They come in one A4 sheet, each sheet has at least 3 different images - so you can make three different cards.  The images themselves just push out through gently with your fingers, no scissors required. Adding some foam dots in between the layers and presto cards are all done ... How super easy is that !!

Here are a couple of cards that I have created with some of the new sheets available.

Adding a foiled border from the
Cut, Foil & Emboss Die - CO727292
which was foiled with Pink Heat Activated foil CO725701

The foiled elements on this card are
Modern Essential Cut, foil and Emboss die CO726468 & CO726464
Special Day - Cut, Foil & Emboss die CO726721

created with the  SB10340 Flowers with a Twist - 3D decoupage sheet

Adriana Bolzon explains the ideas and concepts behind these decoupage sheets.

"Hello everyone Adriana here today to explain how easy these 3D decoupage sheets are to use for all your paper crafting needs.  The designs themselves have been designed by wonderful Artists around the world, so I need to explain that I these are not my designs.  Couture Creations, asked me to select a few of the best and to show you all how these decoupages images work so wonderful well with a touch of foiling, mixed media or just with papers and dies.  So, as I have been paper crafter for many years,  I think these 3D decoupage sheets are so super inexpensive and they compliment our collections perfectly and especially by adding touches of  foiling with the Go Press and Foil machine, these 3D decoupage sheets are a must for all paper crafters.  I have had so many people ask me, so I foiled a frame, then what.  Well, that's why these 3D Decoupage images are perfect for all the different hot foil stamps and Cut, Foil and Emboss dies that all all available from Couture Creations.

My set of cards are created with the
SB10368 & SB10367. Buzzing bees sets

Here are some more cards - adding some foiled and die cut elements to the cards these 3d Decoupage sheet images just compliment them perfectly.

Victor Harbour layout - Sunburnt Country Collection

Hello there everyone and welcome back to my blog,
Today I am sharing another page layout showcasing some of the new release from Couture Creations, the collection is called
 SUNBURNT COUNTRY COLLECTION

This collection has 12 x 12 papers, small paper pads, dies, stamps and decoupage sheets and coaster-board.

Here is my layout -
I love travelling around the world, visiting so many beautiful places but I also think we have some amazing places here in Australia.
Today I created another page showcasing one of my favourite places that I live -
South Australia - this is a seaside town - about an hour out of Adelaide this place is called "Victor Harbour" The harbour has a rocky island consisting of granite rock, When we go there we always walk around the island - looking out for whales (in winter time) and small fairy penguins in summer time.

To create this layout , I mainly created with the papers and a few mini dies and added some chipboards from Couture Creations - for a more sea side look to my layout - I am trying so hard not to make these pages lumpy and bumpy as
this page is going to go in an album.

Jowilna Nolte
I started my paper journey officially in about 2000 as a shop assistant in a specialty paper store in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa after having studied Pastoral Psychology. Whilst I have been playing with paper and creating my own masterpieces at home for friends and family since the age of 10, the shop environment added the vast knowledge of handmade and imported paper as well as the common commercial types of paper. I also started teaching card making, stamping and altered art in store at the time.

Traveling abroad to trade shows like Paperworld in Frankfurt, Germany and CHA in America gave me an even broader insight into paper and its many uses. This prompted a keen interest in stamping, especially in the craft industry where scrapbooking seems to be my favourite. I have since gone on to be editor of two scrapbooking and craft magazines as well as being a contributing editor to several other craft magazines currently on the market. My work has been published extensively in local magazines and on the internet as well as in international publications such as Somerset Studios, Take Ten magazine, and Catch Up Issues. My love for publishing and sharing ideas, tips and techniques shifted me onto another career path and saw the publication of my first book in 2008. My second book was released in December 2010 and has been on the 4th best seller in South Africa since its release. In less than three months it has been sold out and is now in its second print. Scrapbooking has been a natural extension of my love for card making and stamping that also accommodates my love and passion for photography.

I currently teach regular classes and host workshops around the country that mainly focuses on different techniques and stamping, and how to incorporate them into your scrapbooking and card making. I currently design for various distributors in South Africa to promote their products and teach scrapbooking classes weekly as well being on various international design teams including Couture Creations. Creating can be a wonderful journey and therapy making sense of things where life cannot, and I have tuned my life into this philosophy.

Cariena Basson
My hometown is Jeffreys Bay, South Africa. I own a Scrapbook Store there, that turned 10 years old this year (2019) I have been teaching Scrapbook classes for 10 years. My passion is paper, ink, stamps and just enjoying what I do. Preserving memories is important to me, so everything I do on my layouts, are done to showcase those precious moments. Coming back to teach for the 2nd time at the Couture Creations Event in Brisbane is an honour. I am super excited to share what I love with everyone. We are going to have so much creative fun! See you all in February ♥

Lucy Campeanu
Lucy is no newcomer to the stamping and scrapbooking industry with 12 years designing and making her own stamps under the name Lucy’s Stamps.
Traveling all over Australia, New Zealand and even America to teach classes in stamping and scrapbooking. Some of those designs are still being made today.

Lucy is passionate about art and teaching people to develop their own creativity. There is a moment when you create something beautiful or learn a new technique that gives you a rush of satisfaction. Lucy has spent the years after selling Lucy’s Stamps, dabbling in many mediums. Some of which are plasma cutting, painting in watercolours, oils, alcohol inks, stained glass, silversmithing and even making a sword in Glastonbury at a forge. Travel journaling and art journaling have become a passion which led back to wanting to design stamps, papers, die cuts. Lucy enjoys taking her hand painted papers, and stamps designs from a concept to a class situation. Living in the beautiful Northern Rivers NSW with her husband Gino. Her style could be described as eclectic, as each new yummy product she finds, brings new exciting ideas and projects. Alcohol inks and stamps are a passion. She believes creative play is good for the soul.

Jo Simons
Hi! My name is Jo-Anne Simons (tho most call me Jo) and I live in Perth Western Australia. I’m a stay at home mum to 3 teenagers/young adults and happily married to the love of my life all of whom feature heavily in my work. About my work – I love to create layouts and cards.

I would describe my work as clustered, clean and pretty. My projects are quite structured with lots of layering, clustering and dimension Although I love to dabble in mixed media – I tend to always come back to my clean simple style. Scrapbooking for me isn’t just about memory keeping, it’s an outlet to be creative and just unwind from the daily stresses of life. I don’t really follow any rules in my papercraft – as long as I enjoy the process and am happy with the end results, then that is all that matters! I am extremely grateful and humbled to be a part of Creative Inspiration Live 2020 and cannot wait to share with you my passion for paper and all things Couture Creations!

Sydney layout - Sunburnt Country collection

Hello there everyone and Good Day from Australia :)
Today I created a page layout showcasing some of the new release from Couture Creations the collection called
SUNBURNT COUNTRY COLLECTION only available from Australia.

This collection has 12 x 12 papers, small paper pads, dies, stamps and decoupage sheets.

I love visiting Sydney, the last time we were there it was the first port of call on our Family cruise holiday to New Zealand, a few years ago.

Standing at the back of the cruise ship - you had an amazing view of the harbour and the Sydney Harbour Bridge - the day was so perfect for setting sail on the big oceans to New Zealand.

The papers from this collection are so perfect for all your Australian themed projects..I just love the rustic feel of the corrugated iron work papers and the few flowers and foliages from the papers.

To create this layout  I mainly created with the papers and a few mini dies.

Hand tearing some of the SUNBURNT COUNTRY COLLECTION
CO727281 Sheet 3
CO727283 Sheet 5
CO727287 Sheet 9

Adhering them on to a piece of black card stock for the background.

I love this distressed look of this paper - you don't have to add any inks or colour - it looks already mixed media added to it.
CO727283 Sheet 5

Matting my photo with Kraft card stock and some of the reverse side of
CO727283 Sheet 5 paper.

I then fussy cut two of the flowers from SUNBURNT COUNTRY COLLECTION
CO727279 Sheet 1, these are so pretty, you could layer them on top of each other.

Adding the word SYDNEY from the SUNBURNT COUNTRY  coaster-board word from the set called New South Wales CO727271, adhering with glue on to my photograph.

I also have made a little pocket under the photograph, to house another photograph of my DD on the cruise ship over  looking the beautiful harbour, adding some journalling on the back, created with a postcard from the Collection pack of the SUNBURNT COUNTRY COLLECTION.

Cutting various die cuts with the SUNBURNT COUNTRY COLLECTION mini dies
CO727220 Gumnuts mini die
CO727227 Acacia Branch mini die

adding some of the stickers from the sticker sheet from the SUNBURNT COUNTRY Collection pack.
I also added some stamping effects with the collection of mini stamp images
CO727203 Acacia Background mini stamp, adding some colour with Card Deco ink pad CDEIPU025 Spring Green.
