Kaisercraft Clear Stamps

Hi there everyone
Hope you all had a wonderful Easter break with your family and friends,
back to crafting again.......today over on the Kaisercraft blog
it's my turn showcasing an idea with clear stamps.

Every paper collection that Kaisercraft produce
have a set of clear stamps to compliment
the papers. They are so simple and easy to use.

Today I will show you how you can use them,
very simply to create a unique paper design for a card.

But you are not limited to cards,
you can create background designs for your layout
or use them on your Project Life cards.

The set of stamps I have chosen is the "Honey Chai" set
which has been released this month.
CS169

I love the cute birds and the details in the leaves and flowers.

1. Mount your stamp on clear block and stamp around the
edges of your card stock, with the wreath style stamp.
Making sure that you only stamp the edges.

2. Stamp the 3 birds on a twig stamp on card stock.

3. Stamp 3 butterflies on cardstock.

4. Colour inside images with assorted colours of Kaiser Fusion.

5. Stamp the large rose on edges of cardstock.
Cut the 3 butterflies with scissors.

6. Place foam tape underneath on a Honey Chai Collectable
word phrase, adhere on to bottom of card.
Adhere card on large folded card.
Place foam dots under butterflies and attach to card front.

Your finished card will always be a unique
one of kind card, using the stamping clear set
from Kaisercraft.

Thanks for looking and
have a great week. :)

Sew Vintage Layout - Couture Creations

Hello there everyone, Today I have created a layout titled "Sew Vintage"
using the new release diecuts from the "Glamour Days collection

I do love vintage and I could not resist in creating
a very Vintage layout - inspired with the sewing
diecut and the papers from
the new released
Paper Pads 12'x 12'
"Sew Jo" also available from Couture Creations.

Here are the 4 papers
that I have chosen for my layout,
there are 48 doubled sided papers
in  the paper pack, and they all compliment each other.

Cut out 2 panels of the
with Kraft cardstock. Glue them
on a piece of black cardstock one at each end.
As shown below.

Cut 4 strips of the  Sew Jo - paper pads as shown below
distress edges and ink edge with inkpad.

Arrange and adhere papers on to
black cardstock as shown, mat vintage photo onto
black cardstock, adhere to layout.

Cut measuring tape papers and attach to underneath photo, as shown.

with paper pad
and
C0723715  Glamour Days Sewing machine
C0723714  Glamour Days Dress form

Arrange these pieces as shown in photograph,
adhere with Couture Creations Foam Tape on either side of layout.

Decorate the page with buttons, tape measures, flowers, pegs,
metal studs, Vintage lace, etc also add title to page with stickers.
I also added some Couture Creations Pearls
in the centre of of the lace die pieces.

Cut Scissors from C0723716 Sewing Kit
from silver card stock place on the bottom left of layout.

something vintage today !
