Paris in Autumn

Hi there everyone, today and I am sharing
a my layout using only just - ONE diecut from the Couture Creations.
The brand new release diecut collection called
"Everyday Essentials" and the only one die I used for my layout is
the "AUTUMN LEAF"   C0724112

Here is my layout......"PARIS in Autumn"

and here is my step-by-step on how to create
the background and flower ..... using yes!!, just ....ONE little die....

"AUTUMN LEAF"   C0724112

First to create the unique leaf Flower...
1. Cut various coloured cardstock with the Autumn Leaf Die
(I used Core'dinations cardstock)

HINT: do not throw away the cut out pieces of the
cardstock, save these for later on.

2. Sand the edges with  couture creation sanding block and then
ink edges with Couture Creations Sponge Dabbers

3. Cut a circle out of cardstock and place three leaf diecuts around the outside edge.

4. Layer a second layer of Autumn Leaf diecut, this time
placing foam dots under each leaf.

5. With the fabulous Craft tool, Couture Creations LED Tweezers
place some Couture Creations Gemstones  C0721994
in the centre of the flower.

6. Add some Autumn leaf diecuts around the flower and
apply some Gltizing Glamour Glitter Glue - Pink.

7. Now with these off cuts from cutting the diecuts, we are going to
use these as stencils for the background.

8. Using the Couture Creations Sponge Dabbers  and inkpad
gently ink around your layout creating a field of leaves background effect.

9. Adhere your photo and also more leaf diecuts around the edges of your photo.

10. Adhere your finished Autumn Leaf flower.

I used an Imaginairum Designs Chipboard word - PARIS
inked and added some glossy accents on it.

Paris in Autumn -
I was very lucky to be able to go to Paris last year -
I was expecting the weather to be very cold, cloudy and raining,
no leaves on trees.
We visited this beautiful city at the end of September/October.
To our surprise we had glorious, sunny days,
so the photo in my layout is actually a Postcard which I purchased in Paris.

Photographed from the Pont Alexander III looking over the Siene
with the Effiel Tower in the background. Gorgeous memories :)

Thanks for looking, 'til next time.
Cheers  ADRIANA  XX
