My Sweet Little Angel

"The Colour Room Sketch #60" inspired Layout. I love the colours of this palette, they are not the colours I do layouts with, so it was fun to play with them. I painted the edges of the page to soften it up. I used a chipboard flourish from "Imaginarium Designs", which I cut in quarters, for the angel wings. They have so much detail on them. Check out their product range on their website.
Thanks for looking. Have a great week :) PS this layout is on the "Imaginarium Designs" blog, this week feature along with other talented ladies. Thankyou ID Blog :)

Happy 50th

I had to make a special card for my friend who is turning 50. I used the colour palette from "The Colour Room" blog TCR#60, click on the blinky on the side of blog to visit them. I embossed the papers and added lace and flowers. I use "Imaginarium Designs" chipboard, (Click on the side of my blog to visit them) the mini frame which I cut in half and a small "50th", sprayed it with glimmer mist. I added a small cluster bling, bling. Thanks for looking> :) Happy 50th Birthday. :)

Believe in your Dreams CRC#58

"Believe in your dreams"
Everyone has dreams and daydreams, you will often hear someone say " When I grow older I wish to travel......" or "One day when i retire I can........." or "If I had more time I would.......". Maybe quietly inside ourselves we all dream of a better world, better life or spending more time with family and friends. Dreams are good we all need them, like setting goals in life.
Have a dream, dream it, you never know it may come true.

The reason I started this blog was to create a diary or journal of my craft and my ideas. No one has to like it, but if they do, well that's a bonus. No one has to approve it or give it an award. I love what I do, it makes my happy, I feel good about it and if I inspire one person, that's great too. This is my dream to Create.

I created this card based on "The Colour Room" blog, Sketch #58 ,click on the icon on the side bar of my blog to follow the link.

Thanks for looking and keep dreaming. *Adriana*

WW2

During the World War 2 my Grandfather was posted in Northern Africa, in Tunisia. I have done this LO in tribute. If you take a look in this pocket you will see a photo that he carried with him when he was in the war. This is the copy of the photo in the pocket I made up. I love vintage and distressing paper and embellishments.
If he was with us today he would have been 101 years old. Thanks for looking.
