"Remember this moment" layout
The church in the photo is of the "Notre Dame" in Paris.
This was an amazing building
from the outside, as well as inside.
Over 800 years old, it has been extended, renovated, cleaned,
damaged in wars and fixed up again.
The gigantic bells ring everytime for mass.
We went on a Sunday, just in time for Sunday mass,
The organ was playing like it was the Hutchback of Notre Dame
it was warm up music before the church service began and filled the
whole church with such a wonderful sound of grandeur.
Then the choir sang, I got chills down my spine, this was such an awesome
experience, one that I will remember for a very long time.
The whole mass was conducted in French, I couldn't understand
it but it didn't matter at all.
After mass, we bought a tea candle in memory of my
father, as the day we visited this wonderful church,
was the actual day of my Dad's birthday.
He would have been celebrating his 80th birthday
if he was here with us. But for some reason
I felt his presence with us in this wonderful church.
I have more photos of this wonderful church, that need to be scrapped too.
