Dream Catcher - Kaisercraft

"Dream-catchers" are a very popular at the moment and with a few simple tools, like paper and dies you can create a very special dreamcatcher to put on a card, layout or hang in the window. Today I have created a canvas with a dream catcher created with the Kaisercraft DD754 Dream Catcher die cut.

But first, a little bit about the History about Dream catchers

sunset_dreamcatcherDream catchers are one of the most fascinating traditions of Native Americans. The traditional dream catcher was intended to protect the sleeping individual from negative dreams, while letting positive dreams through. The positive dreams would slip through the hole in the center of the dream catcher, and glide down the feathers to the sleeping person below. The negative dreams would get caught up in the web, and expire when the first rays of the sun struck them.

Here is my Dreamcatcher on a small canvas, but it would be great for a card or on a layout :)
More details and a tutorial on how to create your very own
