Wild & Free - Happy Halloween cards

Hi everyone,
Welcome back to the Couture Creations Blog, today I am super excited to share a card that I have created with some of the new products that have been released at Couture Creations, this month new collection
"Wild & Free" papers collection and dies.

I love this paper collection as it can be suitable for all your Zoo or Adventure projects, but also I wanted to show you how versatile these papers and dies are.

Since we just had Halloween in Australia and it is Halloween night in the USA, I wanted to use the Hunting Owl Scene die for a
"Happy Halloween" card.

Using one of the papers from the "Wild & Free" paper collection C0724852
(the orange with swirls) as the background, I added
some
Purple and black card stock - the perfect colours for Halloween.
I cut 2 of the die cut "Wild & Free" die cut Hunting Owl Scene die C0724810
and layered them on top of each other - this gives a 3D look to the card.
This die cut is just so perfect for this theme.

I also created a background and placed it underneath the die cut. Inking with Distress Inks Vintage photo, Rusty Hinge and Blue ink pads, placing a circle die cut out in white cardstock for the Full Moon.

"Happy Halloween"

I also created another card, with the
"Wild & Free" paper collection C0724852

"Trick or Treat" card

I adhered some of the tree branches from the "Wild & Free" die cut Hunting Owl Scene die C0724810 in the corners of the top and bottom of card.
The yellowish paper is from the "Wild & Free" paper collection C0724852
Adding some Glitzing Glitter  Purple C0721972 onto the alpha chipboards.

A bold and vibrant card for Halloween. Love the soft, blended background colours. We don't celebrate Halloween here, but driving along Fisher Street last evening, one could be forgiven for thinking we had transmogrified into the United States! There were literally hundred of people milling about in costumes.
