Hello there everyone , Adriana Bolzon here today and I am sharing with you all another tutorial for Couture Creations - Ultimate Crafts. The Magnolia Lane papers and embellishments are all so gorgeous and the beautiful papers and embellishments are all Designed by Sue Smyth.
Today, I have created a very vintage Mother's Day themed Layout. I love the pink tones and touches of lavender hues in this paper collection, I have created this special layout of my Mother-in-law. She had a milestone birthday recently, 90 years old.
Using the Magnolia Lane papers and embellishments to decorate my layout.
"Mother" layout
The flowers were all Ivory ,so I coloured them with sprays inks.
"Victoria Velvet and Rusty Hinge" coloured sprays.
I cut the papers from the Magnolia Lane Papers - the reverse side of Poetical Labels ULT157497, cut a length 2 inches wide and another 4 inches wide.
Inking the edges of these papers and then adhere them to a white card stock as shown below.
Taking the white lace I used some tea stained water and soak the white lace to create a very vintage lace look. I love working with Tea Dyed lace.
Adhere the lace with double sided lace as shown below.
Randomly stamp images with Rusty Hinge ink pad colour, dabbing a little Victorian Velvet ink colour the centre of the layout.
Cut 4 of the Magnolia Border Die ULT 157527 with the lavender papers from the Magnolia lane paper collection.
Adhere the cutout borders dies in
the centre of the two lines of lace trim.
Using the stamp set Songbird - stamp some leaves and colour them in with watercolour pencils.
Colour the leave die cuts Rose Cutting die ULT157523 with Vintage and Green gum inks pad
Punch some extra leaves with a leave punch, adhere the leaves around the cluster of flowers.
Add some butterflies from the Magnolia Lane - Chipboard adhesive ULT157516
Add some Crystallina Glitzing glitter Glue C0721971 inside each flower.

Frame your matted photo with the Square Magnolia Frame, as shown below, Adhere the a resin embellishment on the top of frame.(as shown in photograph below)
Spray all paper flowers with selected inks and leave to dry before adhering to your page.
Create a cluster of flowers and leaves, with Magnolia Lane paper flowers and Bulk paper roses from Couture Creations.
Using the stamp set Songbird - stamp some leaves and colour them in with watercolour pencils.
Colour the leave die cuts Rose Cutting die ULT157523 with Vintage and Green gum inks pad
Punch some extra leaves with a leave punch, adhere the leaves around the cluster of flowers.
Add some butterflies from the Magnolia Lane - Chipboard adhesive ULT157516
Add some Crystallina Glitzing glitter Glue C0721971 inside each flower.
Create a folded cluster with a postcard sampler from the Magnolia Lane Paper "Pretty Patcher" ULT157498
Adhere some punched leaves and coloured paper roses, decorate with Pink Pearls from Couture Creations CO724635 Pretty Pink. With a piece of tea dyed lace - create a bow and adhere to the flowers.
Adhere ID word chipboard - Mother.
