How to make Paper Layered Flowers with Die set

Hello there everyone.  :)  Adriana  here today with a special video.
I have had a few requested from people on how I created the
layered flowers with the Flower Die CO725765 from the
"C'est La Vie" collection available from Couture Creations.

Thinking of you card - C'est La Vie

Hello there everyone,:)  Adriana here today and I have created a very special card, "Thinking of You" , a sympathy card. I wanted the card to be very simple with a vintage feel to it. Using the latest new release
"C'est La Vie" collection from Couture Creations.

List of materials are at the end of the blog post, as well a You Tube Video with more close up videos.

Using two different embossing folders from the C'est La Vie collection.
One embossing is 5x7 and the other is A6 size. I inked them a little with some vintage ink and layered on top of each other.

Using CO725702 Chocolate Foil with the Hot foil stamps 

The stamped rose is included in the together with the Embossing folder, I just coloured the petals and leaves with watercolour pencils.

More stamping with Hot foil stamps !

Hello there everyone,:)  Just a very quick post for today.
In case you missed it yesterday, on the Couture Creations blog I created a video on how to stamp with ink pads and using with the Go Press and foil Machine. 
 I will be featuring more techniques with the Go Press and Foil machine, along with new release products that I am playing with from 
Couture Creations for time to time.

Today, I have created a few more very simple cards -

1. Using a hot foil stamp, as it is intending, with the Foils and 
Go Press and Foil Machine.
With this card I hot foiled several times around the top and bottom on
my card stock, with the hot foil stamp and foil using the 
Go Press & Foil Machine.

3. For my last card today, Using the same technique but this time with a Versa Mark Watermark stamp pad and sprinkle over the stamped image with Mirror Gold Classic Metallics Embossing Powder 
(same technique featured on the video)
Apply Heat on the embossing powder with a heat gun to create a stunning image effect.

Stamping with Go Press & Foil Machine

Hello there everyone,:)  Adriana here. Today, I have created two cards with stamping backgrounds, using a simple stamping technique with hot foil stamps and the Go Press & Foil machine.
I also have a very special video on how to do it with the Go Press and Foil Machine and Hot foil stamps. Check it out, and make sure you subscribe to my U tube channel for more informative videos and product demonstrations that I will be featuring from time to time.

Now as you all know the Go Press and Foil machine is fabulous with foiling sentiments and images on to your projects with foils, I just wanted to show you how versatile this machine is. So, for just another way of make use of the machine and hot foil stamps, is stamping.

Best Wishes Card - C'est La Vie Collection

Hi there everyone welcome back to the Couture Creations blog,
Adriana here today with a special card and special little U Tube video of more close ups of the card that I have created. 
 "Best Wishes" card using products from the new collection from 
Couture Creations "C'EST LA VIE" 




The background effect is so detailed, quite effective and different, this card looks amazing in real life, with all textures and layers. The background is created with the stencil from the C'est La Vie collection and Anna Griffin Embossing paste layered on top of a piece of clear acetate. Yes, Acetate !!!



Using the C'est La Vie Intricate frame stencil CO725770 and spreading a layer of the Anna Griffin - Embossing Paste CO724870 on top of piece of Acetate Sheet, gently lift off the stencil and leave the embossing paste to dry.

TIP: Once you have spread the embossing paste over the stencil onto the Acetate sheet - leave it dry overnight- don't use a heat gun, the heat gun may bend and curl your acetate sheet.



When attaching to the acetate to the card stock
using a clear craft glue and only place a small amount
usually where you will be adding some delicate flowers over, so that it hides the glue marks on the acetate.
 I placed a small amount of glue on the bottom left hand corner of the card.
