Hi everyone,
Today, .......I am super
excited that the lastest issue of
"Australian Scrapbooking Ideas" Issue 25
is out now and I my assignment
was to alter and use "Recycled Books".
I created two layouts using old book pages and
also an Altered old book. Here is my
blog post about my book, HERE if you missed it.
Today, I will sharing with you all my
layouts that are featured in the magazine.
All the materials and step by steps on how to make
your layout using papers from books,
is in the magazine, so do yourself a favour and purchase ASI #25 magazine at your local scrapbooking store or newsagent shop.
Here are my two layouts.
In this first one
I made those flowers from old book pages
...you can check them out in the magazine.
...you can check them out in the magazine.
The background is completely covered with
old paper too.
Also the leaves are made from Washi tape
and cut out with diecuts.
In my second layout, I hand drawn the
flowers and leaves with old book pages
and placed them on the page.
Adding a title cut from old bool pages
and adding a page from an old
nursery rythmes book.
Well thanks for looking, that's all from me.
Have a great weekend.....enjoy the sunshine !!
Thanks for looking
Cheers
