Glamour Days - Using Diecuts as stencils

Hello there everyone, Today I have created a card for

 Couture Creations.

Using the latest die cuts released this month from

Couture Creations called Glamour Days Collection.

There are 16 different designs in this collection and

they are all wonderful.

I used the Birdcage with the bird die cut

With this die cut you get the birdcage plus
 the bird to sit on the perch, how cool is that!!

Here is my card "TODAY IS YOUR DAY", I cut out

a diecut of the birdcage, and then used

this diecut as a stencil. 

Diecuts shapes make great stencils, and

it's very easy to do.

The gorgeous cage stencilled background is created with ink

and Couture Creations Daubers 

1. Cut the birdcage with some card stock and BIRDCAGE C0723708
and place it on some card stock.

2. While holding the die cut with your fingers, Gently rub over the die cut with ink and Sponge Daubers, slowly working the ink colour on to the card.

3. Place some Couture Creations Pearls  around the birdcage

and punched some leaves and placed them and some flowers on the top of birdcage.

Stamp and ink around the edges of the card stock with a flower stamp

and add a quote on the bottom.

4. Adhere and position the bird die cut on top of the card, as shown.
