Adore Box and Mini Card - Couture Creations

Hello there everyone and thanks for stopping by, today I am sharing with you all another project for Couture Creations - Ultimate Crafts. I have been super busy creating another project in particular with the Magnolia Lane papers and embellishments. These gorgeous and beautiful papers and embellishments are Designed by Sue Smyth.

I have decorated a small box to hold a small concertina book, but it could be turned into a very special card to get to someone special, for a mother or an aunty.
So here is my mini box which holds a special concertina folded card inside, which has a cover and back cover and 6 special pages to write a special message or decorate with photos and sentiments.

Adore Box and card by Adriana Bolzon

The Resin Frames ULT157501 are sold in white/cream but I painted them with bronze, vintage and black paints to match the beautiful Resin Cameos ULT157502

The mini box is a Graphic45 Mixed Media 5 x 5 black box, it also comes in a kraft but I chose the black one as it saved me from painting the edges of the box. I covered the outside and inside flap panels with Magnolia Borders paper ULT157490.

The top of the box is decorated with the
Resin Frames moulds ULT157501
Resin Cameos ULT157502
Bling Flourishes ULT157499
Die - Square Magnolia Frame ULT157530
Die word from the Rosey Frame ULT157517
Magnolia Lane - paper pad 6 x 6 ULT157486

Inside the box - flap decorated with sentiments from the
Magnolia Lane paper - ULT157497 Poetical Labels
Die - Tassels ULT157519

For the inside of the mini box,  I cut out another
Rosey Frame die ULT157517 and adhered inside the bottom of box.

The card or mini/book sits perfectly inside the box.
I created a concertina style card which has a cover and back cover
and a total of 6 other pages to add sentiments, words, photos, tag pocket and die cuts.

Vintage Chocolate Box

Hi everyone,

Today I have project created for my Meg's Garden Design Team for this month, it is a chocolate box
with the Elements papers from Meg's Garden and
New paper collection Dreaming in the Meadows

Firstly, I ate the chocolates.....yummy.....
then I covered the top and bottom of the box with
dusty pink coloured card stock,
which I embossed with a Couture Creations embossing folder.
I applied white Distress Paints on the embossed cardstock.
It looks and feels like velvet.

On the top of the box I decorated it with
German Scrap border on the each edge.
Then I glued some German scrap border on the each end.
I apply glossy accents to the chipboard frames and placed
some German Glass Glitter and tea stained fragments.
I placed a paper Doily and a Vintage Beauty Image
inside the glittery frame.

I adhered two Organza Lace in dusty pink and green
at each end and a
transparent Butterfly for an extra touch.

Around the edges I covered with the newest paper collection
Dreaming in Rose paper , some German Scrap
To finish and close this
box with a Striped satin Ribbon - Brown and latte colour

Inside the box I covered it with
French Cinema Elements paper from the
Elements Packs available also from
Meg's garden website.
Then I decorated on the edges with small
 paper Doily and German Scrap

Inside the box is a Vintage Beauty tag and a little note book
and matching pen. These are made from the new papers
Dreaming in the Meadows paper - Dreaming in Mulberry & Dreaming in Lavendar

The materials I have used on the tag are
Striped satin Ribbon - Brown and latte colour
5cm white lace

The notebook and covered pen is made with the
Dreaming in Mulberry paper
Cornsilk flower
Elements for the Paris cover
