Happiness Blooms - layout - Le Petit Jardin Collection

Hello everyone Adriana here today and welcome back to the 

Couture Creations blog - 

For today I have a project (a layout) that I want to share with you all using the amazing new release collection "Le Petit Jardin". 
This collection is so pretty and fresh - with touches of purple, mauve and blue. So many pretty colours and the dies are so beautiful, they match this collection so nicely.

It has such a gorgeous spring theme collection - 
just perfect  for layouts and cards.

Here is my full layout that I have created with this collection.....

This collection has so many lovely dies and and chipboards - 

I have used the Go Press and Foil machine to foil on top of the chipboard word sentiment for the layout with some gorgeous Purple heat activate foil - below is the step by step technique to foil on chipboards...

Foiling chipboard - with the Go Press and Foil machine
Turn machine on
Open Lid
Place think metal shim on the heat plate
Place foil coloured side down onto metal shim
Place chipboard piece
Close lid and let chipboard heat up for 30 seconds
Wind slowly through and back.

Step by step
1. Create a background with Oxide Inks in the middle of 
smooth white 12x12 card stock.

2. Mat photograph with cardstock, add Le Petit papers on the the top and bottom of card stock, adding Le Petit Edge die cut out, adhering all these elements as shown below.

3. Stamp around the page with mini stamps and ink pad

4. Cut various mini dies of flowers and leaves, arrange in clusters on the bottom left and top right of photograph.

5. Add Petunia 3mm pearls in the centre of each flower.

Joyful Christmas Wishes Layout - Highland Christmas

Hello everyone, welcome back and today I have created a simple scrapbook layout using the Vintage Christmas new release HIGHLAND CHRISTMAS, collection designed by Sue Symth.
Here is my layout - using the papers, a page from the ephemera pack, a touch of red foiling over Embossing Paste. 
The complete instructions and tutorial on how to create this layout.

HIGHLAND CHRISTMAS Ephemera pack CO726286 (one tag)



1. Create a base background with the HIGHLAND CHRISTMAS paper CO726279 (reversed side)using the  C'est la vie - background stencil - spread embossing paste over the stencil -randomly in the centre and a little on the side of the paper.

2. Heat dry the embossing paste with heat gun, once dry and still warm, cut a piece of red activated foil and gently rub over the embossed paste design with your finger. The foil will rub off onto the embossed paste.

3. Cut the bottom and top of the design from the  HIGHLAND CHRISTMAS  paper CO726282, distress the edges with the sanding block.

4. Cut four more strips from the reverse side of the  HIGHLAND CHRISTMAS  paper CO726282, distress edges with sand block. Adhere these strips along the top and bottom of the page, as shown in the photo.

5. Matt your photograph with 3 different papers from the paper pad - creating a framed border around the photograph. Photograph measuring 7.5cm x 10cm. Adhere matted photograph in the centre of the page, on a slight angle.
Spread some cheesecloth around the bottom of photo, secure it with glue.

6. Cut 8/9 holly leaves from the HIGHLAND CHRISTMAS  paper CO726285, Adhere around the photograph as shown above with foam tape.
Attach assorted red flowers.

7. Apply dots of Couture Creations Rouge Liquid 3D drops on the holly leaves, leave to dry.

8. Adhere one Tag from the HIGHLAND CHRISTMAS ephemera pack.

9. Dab a little White gesso over the red flowers to soften the appearance of them. Adhere randomly gemstones around the top and bottom of the layout.

Explore Layout - Ritz collection

Hi everyone. :)   Adriana here on the blog today, I still have been playing with the latest paper collection designed by Sue Smyth "THE RITZ" collection

available from Artdeco - Couture Creations - Ultimate Crafts.

So today is my last project that I am sharing with this awesome collection, this collection can be used for so many different themes and one of them can be for documenting and scraping your travel photos.

Using both the Ultimate crafts

 "Evening Cocktail" 12x12 Paper Pad" and the "Gatsby" 12x12 Paper Pad" together with 

Go Press, Foil & Machine by Couture Creations,  
and a few of the

decorative dies from THE RITZ collection,
 I have created a layout with one of my photos taken in 
Venice - St Mark's square.

Using some of the papers from both the Ultimate crafts - The Ritz-

 "Evening Cocktail" 12x12 Paper Pad" and the "Gatsby" 12x12 Paper Pad" 
I gently tore the edges off and then inked them with a Vintage Ink pad,
layering them on top of each other.

Using the Couture Creations Chunky Gold crystals embossing powder CO724966 

and a script stamp pad around the top and bottom on the layout.

I also glued a piece of Black trim lace on the bottom of the photo and a strip of Ultimate Crafts The Ritz - A4 Vellum ULT157832

Christmas Snowflake Cards - Let Every Day Be Christmas

Hi everyone. :)   Adriana back again here on the blog today and I have created two cards using the new release  
Let Everyday Be Christmas

Artdeco Creations - Couture Creations , 
Ask for it at your local scrapbooking store!!!! This collection is designed by Tina Higgins - a well known talented artist. I just love her vintage style and this Christmas collection is so pretty.

In this collection there are 12x12 paper pads and A4 paper pads, stunning Christmas dies and also a fabulous hot foil stamps that can be used together 
with the Go Press, Foil & Machine by Couture Creations,  I am having a ball playing with this machine!!!!

 For my 1st card below, I used the

Using the Go Press and Foil machine and the

I heat foiled the hot stamp many times, all over my white card stock.
I just love the finished look of the silver mirror foil on white!

After foiling the snowflakes I coloured the background with
some ink pad colour (Broken China), 
the silver foil and the cool blue colour look so awesome together.
Did you know that you can colour the background after you have foiled your card stock piece or you can do before you do the hot foiling, how cool is that !!!!

With another piece of white card stock, I cut a piece of

Ultimate Crafts - DIE CUT AND BOND TAPE ULT157644 and place it onto 
the card stock, 

I peeled the top layer away and
gently placed a piece of 
Couture CreationsSilver Foil mirror finish CO725350 FOIL and
Couture Creations Blue/Green Foil CO725392 
on the sticky side and smoothed it flat.

Using the Let Everyday Be Christmas Mini Snowflakes decorative die C0725521 I then cut several of the snowflakes with this piece of foiled card stock.

Next using the Go Press and foil machine &

Let Everyday Be Christmas  Merry Christmas hotfoil stamp C0725529

Couture Creations Blue/Green Foil CO725392 I hot foiled the word Merry Christmas on to a strip of
Couture Creations Silver Foil A4 card stock - CO725409
then matted that with some White Glitter card stock.

Placing it all together on the bottom of the card, embellishments include seam binding ribbon and Crystal Gemstones.
