Hi everyone, today I am  

sharing a quick card created with the 

mini dies and mini stamps from the 

"LEST WE FORGET" 

I going to show you that you could use this collection with the stamps and mini dies for other themed projects, not just for ANZAC or Remembrance  Day projects. 
This card is a very quick and easy Sympathy Card...

Using some of the mini stamps and mini dies from the

LEST WE FORGET  Collection, available now !!! 

I have the list of the products at the end of this blog post and also there is a easy and quick tutorial video on how I created this unique background Plus a bonus video on creating backgrounds for cards using  a different technique with transferring alcohol ink onto your normal card stock...

For this card,  I created the background with Couture Creations Alcohol Inks onto YUPO Paper..

Using the combination of three colours of Couture Creations Alcohol Inks

CO727316 Limeade/Kiwi Alcohol Ink
CO727302 Bottle/Jade Alcohol Ink
CO727304 Citrus/Pear Alcohol Iink
with a few drops of
CO727326 Red Pepper/Ruby Alcohol Ink flicked with a paint brush








Using a new tool which is coming very soon to a store near you

Stamping the CO727692 Poppy Leaves mini stamp, inking some colour 
and then fuzzy cut them out.

your normal smooth card stock..

1941 - We Will Remember layout

Hi everyone and welcome back today I am on Couture Creations blog 
sharing a layout created with the 
New Release
"LEST WE FORGET" Collection of papers 
with coordinating stamps and dies.

The photograph is a very special one of my Maternal Grandfather, 

he was positioned in Northern Africa 

fighting for the Italian army in World War 2 around 1941- 1942. This photograph is a very treasured one from my family history.  The Italian army in the war positioned calvary soldiers in Tunisia, Africa.  My grandfather had to go but he didn't like it.  If you look closer to towards the pocket of his military jacket coat, there is a photograph in his pocket, it is of his family taken just before my mother was born. It was to remind him of his wife (my Grandmother and at that stage his three children) He returned back from his military duties and later had another 4 children back in Italy.

These papers are just perfect for this photograph and I plan to create some more with them for my family history pages - even if they are not for ANZAC themed pages. I just love the poppy flowers , great for fuzzy cutting. :)

Firstly,  taking the reverse side paper of
CO727706 Sheet 7 Lest We Forget paper 12 x 12 
and trimming it to 23cm x 23cm, adhering it some black card stock 12 x 12.

Stamping the Lest We Forget Growing Together mini stamp CO727695
around  the edges and colouring in the poppy flowers with ink colour and wet Brush.







Matting my photograph with several different card stock and papers (3 in total)

Adding a strip of poppies from the CO727676  Sheet 2 
Lest We Forget paper  12x 12 to the top of page, as shown.




Fussy cutting several of the flowers from 
CO727706 Lest We Forget paper sheet 7 and also
  some stamped images from the mini stamp

Happiness Blooms - layout - Le Petit Jardin Collection

Hello everyone Adriana here today and welcome back to the 

Couture Creations blog - 

For today I have a project (a layout) that I want to share with you all using the amazing new release collection "Le Petit Jardin". 
This collection is so pretty and fresh - with touches of purple, mauve and blue. So many pretty colours and the dies are so beautiful, they match this collection so nicely.

It has such a gorgeous spring theme collection - 
just perfect  for layouts and cards.

Here is my full layout that I have created with this collection.....

This collection has so many lovely dies and and chipboards - 

I have used the Go Press and Foil machine to foil on top of the chipboard word sentiment for the layout with some gorgeous Purple heat activate foil - below is the step by step technique to foil on chipboards...

Foiling chipboard - with the Go Press and Foil machine
Turn machine on
Open Lid
Place think metal shim on the heat plate
Place foil coloured side down onto metal shim
Place chipboard piece
Close lid and let chipboard heat up for 30 seconds
Wind slowly through and back.

Step by step
1. Create a background with Oxide Inks in the middle of 
smooth white 12x12 card stock.

2. Mat photograph with cardstock, add Le Petit papers on the the top and bottom of card stock, adding Le Petit Edge die cut out, adhering all these elements as shown below.

3. Stamp around the page with mini stamps and ink pad

4. Cut various mini dies of flowers and leaves, arrange in clusters on the bottom left and top right of photograph.

5. Add Petunia 3mm pearls in the centre of each flower.
