Vintage Tag -


Hello there everyone, just popping in here today with a very quick vintage tag
that I created using some products from 
Artdeco Creation - Couture Creations Ultimate Crafts
along with some bits and pieces that I have in my craft room. 

Here is my very Vintage Tag "MOTHER'



The papers are from the Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose collection ULT157701 along with some of the Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Ephemera set ULT157751

I randomly applied some C0724037 Couture Creations 2 Way Glue Pen  around the framed image and with a piece of the 
Couture Creations Gold Matte Vintage Gold Foil C0725355
 I gently rubbed around the edges with. I love the distressed look of this finish.

I also did the same with on the 
Couture Creations On the Edge Dies Cleo Border C0724757 diecut and the cutout butterfly.

 I coloured the lace pieces with coloured inks and added some
Glitzin Glamour Glitter Glue C0721981 on top of it.

Vintage tri-fold Project and Card

Hi there everyone, today its my turn on the Artdeco Creations blog with another project created with the new release collection - 
Ultimate Crafts - Artdeco Creations "Rambling Rose". 
This paper collection was designed by the talented Australian 
designer "Sue Smyth" and it has been a very popular collection.

Here is my project a tri-fold decor piece.
Capturing the vintage feel in the papers and adding some foiling to the outer edges by using some normal foiling sheets, tacky glue and bone scorer.







Using the papers from the 
ULT157701 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose 12x12 paper pad.




I cut three panels of the wooden panels paper from the
ULT157701 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose 12x12 paper pad with the
Couture Creations Vintage Sign Nesting Die C0723956 
Inking the edges - these will be the back of my panels of my project.




For the front panels I cut three more pieces from of the
 ULT157701 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose 12x12 paper pad .

 Using Couture Creations 2Way Glue Pen C0724037,
and a piece of the Couture Creations  Gold CO725355 Vintage matte Foil roll. I gently dabbed some glue around the edge of the papers and place the foil on top of the glued edges.


Gently rubbing the top of the foil with a bone scorer. 
I love the distressed look of this technique and it is an easy way to use foiling without any heating tool.


Once all done - I attached all the three panels together with a some small piece of paper from the wooden panel paper sheet.



Front side with Matte gold foiling edges.




I then cut three panels of the wooden panels paper from the
Couture Creations Vintage Signe Nesting Die C0723956 , the next size down.
Inking the edges - using a Circle nesting die cut a circle out of one of the panels.
I attached them all with Foam tape underneath.



Decorating the outer panels with lace and ribbons
Also team up with the Decorative die - 


Using the stamp set from the
Ultimate Crafts "L'Aquarelle" stampset ULT157796
Ultimate Crafts "L'Aquarelle" paper pad ULT157761
 I stamped the flower from the stampset onto some of the paper pad and added some colour inside the flowers with inks, then fuzzy cut them out.



Adding the flowers and foliage around the edges.


Rubbing some more Glue and gold foiling around the diecuts.






I have also a bonus card that I created as well, using the same technique of applying some glue with the 2 way glue pen and rubbing the gold foiling sheet around the raised edges of my embossed card. Again, it is not completely covered with all gold foiling but it is just a very simple way of adding some gold foiling to projects. It leaves a very distressed and vintage feel to any card or project.

Rambling Rose Cards

Hi there everyone, I quickly created some cards for my supply
It always handy to have a few cards ready to go when you need them
Created them with the new
Ultimate Crafts - Artdeco Creations "Rambling Rose".

Happiness Always Layout - Rambling Rose

Hi there everyone, Happy Easter Monday to everyone, 
thanks for stopping by here,  today I have a layout that I created with the new
Ultimate Crafts - Artdeco Creations "Rambling Rose". I think everyone is loving this collection - be sure to check out your local scrapbooking store now before it's all gone.

The Ultimate Crafts "Rambling Rose" 
paper collection was designed by the talented Australian 
designer "Sue Smyth" and it has been a fabulous collection to play with.

 Here is my layout

"HAPPINESS ALWAYS" with "Rambling Rose".




Using the papers from the 
ULT157701 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose 12x12 paper pad.




Firstly I cut the paper frame from the "Framed Roses" paper from the ULT157701 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose 12x12 paper pad, I distressed the edges and stamped the inside of my layout on to a smaller piece of "Rose and Butterfly Medley" paper from the ULT157701 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose 12x12 paper pad along with the ULT157740 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Script stamp set and black ink pad, randomly inked the page here and there. I then lightly used some brown ink pad and C0723623 Couture Creations Sponge Dauber and C0725017 Couture Creations Anna Griffin Stencil Arabesque and I inked around the page.






I then cut 3 of the  ULT157732 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Decorative Die Elegant Band,  then cut them in half, I then joined them together and placed them on the bottom of the layout and around the left hand side corner.



I gently embossed around all the edges of my layout with C0724971 Couture Creations Silver Dollar Classic Metallics embossing powder and embossing ink pad.



Using the C0725047 Couture Creations Enchanted Tea Party Decorative Die Bouquet to create some light and dark green foliage along with
ULT157746 Ultimate Crafts rambling Rose Assorted resin pack I created a cluster of flowers underneath ULT157749 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Wooden Shapes frame. I also placed a pink bird from the ULT157746 Ultimate Crafts rambling Rose Assorted resin pack inside the centre of the wooden frame.


I then Fuzzy cut some of the beautiful butterflies and roses from the ULT157701 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose 12x12 paper pad and glue them on the page.


I then stamped the word "Happiness Always" from the ULT157742 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Happiness stamp set and placed that underneath my photograph.

Sunshine & Smiles layout - Rambling Rose collection

Hi there everyone, today I am sharing a layout created with the new
Ultimate Crafts - Artdeco Creations "Rambling Rose". 

The Ultimate Crafts "Rambling Rose" 
paper collection was designed by the talented Australian 
designer "Sue Smyth" and it has been a fabulous collection to play with.

The paper pads, dies and all the beautiful embellishments that go with the range are all available now from your local scrapbooking store. 

So today, I created a layout of my daughter when she was about 6 months old, I took her to a photographer and they took some very cute photos of her in an old vintage suitcase with some vintage dolls. 
How times flies, it only seems like yesterday.
As a baby she was always smiling and still does, and she is also our little ray of sunshine. The title suits this photo perfectly.

Using the papers from the 
ULT157701 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose 12x12 paper pad.
When you purchase the paper pad - each page has a different name on the top of the page.  The papers I used are 
Rambling Rose Vintage Type - front & back of this page 
Rambling Rose Butterfly Edge - cut out the "O" square letter and the butterflies.
Rambling Rose Wood Panel Roses - just a small straight section of it.



I distressed the edges and stamped on the outer edge of  card stock with the ULT157742 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Happiness stamp set then
using the ULT157740 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Script stamp set and a
White embossing powder and embossing ink pad, stamped and heat embossed the page. 

Using the ULT157732 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Decorative Die Elegant Band as a stencil 

along with C0724870 Anna Griffin Mixed Media Couture Creations Embossing Paste and C0724966 Couture Creations Gold Chunky Crystals embossing powder. I gently spread the embossing folder over the die cut, sprinkled the embossing powder and heated it up with the heat gun. 




Love the textured effect of the chunky crystals.


I matted my photograph twice and then using two framed embellishments from the ULT157751 Ultimate Crafts Decorative die Rambling Rose Ephemera Pack , placing them of each corner of my photograph.



Using the C0725047 Couture Creations Enchanted Tea Party Decorative Die Bouquet to create some light and dark green foliage along with
ULT157716 Ultimate Crafts Decorative die Rambling Rose rambling Pieces 
(just the small stems)
and extra C0724293 Couture Creations Bulk Tie Dyed Jewelled Florettes 


I created a layer on layer tag from the 
ULT157751 Ultimate Crafts Decorative die Rambling Rose Ephemera Pack
ULT157746 Ultimate Crafts rambling Rose Assorted resin pack
ULT157748 Ultimate Crafts Rambling Rose Assorted Cabochons pack
and with some seam binding ribbon - I tied the tag around the whole layout.
Created some double ribbon bows and glued them at each end of the tag.


Fuzzy cutting the beautiful butterflies and adding some
C0721971 Couture Creations Glitzin Glamour Glitter Glue on top of the wings.
I glued the word "Sunshine and smiles" die cut from the
on the top of the photograph.
