"Grand Paris" Couture Creations Embossing folder

Hello there everyone,

is it my turn again today 

at  Couture Creations...

Today I have a few projects created with the

same Embossing folder -

This embossing folder can be used

just on it own on a card or as a tag for any special project.

Here are a few projects I created with the same folder.

I embossed a piece of white cardstock

then cut the embossed card straight in half,

I then inked them and mounted them on tags,

These tags will be used on some special

pages I have planned for the future!!

Here is another card which was featured

in the last issue Creative Inspirations #4 magazine

After embossing the paper in the folder

I gently inked the raised image with different coloured inks and

Couture Creations - sponge daubers

I embossed also a piece of

copper foil film and adhered it on the side

of the card, adding touches of flowers and words.

Mounting the whole image on a black card stock.

In my next card I embossed the folder with a piece of Kraft card stock and
gently inked with Vintage photo ink pad,
adding some photos of iconic images of Paris on the bottom of the card. 
A very Mono-chromatic card!

So, there you have some different examples of using the

same folder in three different ways.

Paris Layout - Meg's Garden

Hi there everyone,

today I have a project I created using the wonderful papers from 

"Meg's Garden of Papercraft delight" paper, 

The Gentlemen's Collection, designed by Kerry-Jean Watson.

Now another love of mine is the city of "PARIS".

I created a grungy and vintage Paris page with lots of layers,

bits and pieces with all embellishments which are

all available from Megs Garden Website.

Here is my page "PARIS"

Besides the black cardstock for the background, I

used a piece of corrugated card, I also embossed

a piece of kraft cardstock with some antique keys,
"Couture Creations embossing folder" and

distressed all the new paper collections 

The Gentlemen's Collection.

I also cut some Floral flowers with a Tim Holtz die
with the 

The Gentlemen's Collection papers.

 I also cut some leaves and stems with the papers as well.

Inking and creating the flowers I placed some cog
chipboards in the centre of them with brads.

Distressing all the layers of card stock and papers with distress tool and inks and paints.

With the chipboard frame, I painted with some gold paint and placed some

Tea stained Mica fragments also glued some Tea stained Mica fragments also on the side of the black background card stock.

"Letters from Paris" with Meg's Garden papers

Hi there everyone, thanks for looking in.....

today I am sharing a very Parisian Vintage layout

using papers from 
"Meg's Garden of Papercraft delight" paper, 

The Correspondence Collection.
These papers would be great for travel and for background of projects, also great for any vintage projects.

Here is my layout.......
"Letters from Paris- Time to Remember"

Using the paper "Distress Letters" as the background,
and several papers from the 6' x6' mini paper pack
to create various letters and correspondence.

With vintage Parisian collage image, velvet flowers, seam binding ribbon, burlap strip
butterflies transperancies,
Clock face images from Old world time clock collage papers. All of these elements are available from
Meg's Garden website.
